I have been active in photography for over 60 years. My formal education is in Engineering, having earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and a graduate degree in Computer Science.
To further my photographic knowledge, I have undertaken extensive independent study, including seminars presented by noted photographers/artists such as John Paul Caponigro. I gained much of my early photographic experience working with Josef Schneider, the noted child photographer.
My photographic efforts are concentrated in capturing, and oftentimes interpreting, both natural and man-made forms and shapes. To this end, my images contain both natural and imagined qualities of light and color. My creative studies incorporate both in-camera and digital lightroom techniques.
For over 12 years I have concentrated on the utilization of digital imagery to present my “views.”
